Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Snowberry Designs, but we totally understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. Here’s how we make returns and refunds as easy as possible.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to let us know if you’d like to return something.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unworn or unused, with original tags

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Simply email us at info@snowberrydesigns.com to start the process.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions to get it back to us.
A quick note: Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first we’d hate for it to get lost or unprocessed!
Damages & Oopsies
We check everything carefully before it leaves our hands, but if something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please let us know right away so we can put it right for you.
Items We Can’t Accept Back
Because of their nature, we’re unable to accept returns on:

Custom or personalised designs

Special orders

Sale items

Gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or style? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved that way, your new piece is reserved just for you.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll give it a quick check and let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be sent straight back to your original payment method.
(Just a heads-up banks and card companies can take a little time to process refunds, so it might not show instantly.)
