Terms & Conditions Snowberry Designs

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order with Snowberry Designs, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use or access this website.

These Terms & Conditions comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You are welcome to print or save them for your own records.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on the Snowberry Designs website are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
You may use, download, or print content from this website only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without our written consent.

You may not create a link to this website without our prior written permission, nor interfere with anyone else’s use or enjoyment of it.
While we do our best to ensure the accuracy of all information on this site, we make no warranties (express or implied) about its accuracy.

2. Working Days & Holidays

“Working Days” exclude weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays (such as Christmas). Any planned shop closures or holiday periods will be clearly displayed on the website.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation showing the details of your purchase. This gives you the opportunity to check and correct any errors.

If you have a complaint or any concerns, please contact us using the details at the end of this policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions made through our site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

4. Prices

  • All prices are correct at the time of listing but may change at any time.

  • Any obvious errors, glitches, or typos are not required to be honoured.

  • If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue with the corrected price or cancel the order.

  • Any special offers will include a clear expiry date.

5. Products

Please note that colours may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen. Final printed products may differ slightly due to screen settings, print methods, and materials.

6. Payment

We accept payment via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and American Express.

Payment must be made in full before we can accept your order. Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

A legally binding contract is formed when we accept your order. Any terms you attempt to add to your order will not apply unless agreed by us in writing.

7. Dispatch Times

  • All items up to 9 working days from payment.

8. Shipping

We post all UK orders via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may leave your parcel with a neighbour or at a local sorting office, leaving a red card for collection details.

If your order has not arrived after 15 days, please contact us we will offer either a replacement or a refund.

9. Returns & Cancellations

We take pride in our products, but if you need to return something, here’s how it works:

Your Rights Under Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • You can cancel your order from the moment you place it until 14 working days after you receive it.

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will refund you in full.

  • If your order has been dispatched, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

You may return an item for any reason faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or simply a change of mind.

How to Return an Item

Please email us first with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Custom or personalised items are exempt from standard returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, except in cases where they are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
